Project Description:

We’re excited to offer MBA students an opportunity to engage in a live project focused on researching suppliers for Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program. This project involves an in-depth analysis of supplier networks, market trends, and logistics management, providing valuable insights into e-commerce operations.

Key Components:

• Supplier Identification: Research and identify potential suppliers suitable for Amazon FBA, considering factors like reliability, cost, and production capacity.
• Market Analysis: Analyze current market trends affecting Amazon FBA suppliers, including demand fluctuations, price trends, and consumer preferences.
• Quality and Compliance: Evaluate supplier compliance with Amazon’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis of potential suppliers, assessing their financial viability and potential ROI.
• Logistics and Distribution: Study the logistics and distribution networks of potential suppliers, understanding their capacity to meet Amazon FBA’s delivery and inventory requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with each supplier, including supply chain disruptions and geopolitical factors.
