  • Market Scenario Cards: Situations that affect market dynamics (e.g., economic shifts, consumer trends, regulatory changes).
  • Decision Cards: Cards that present players with strategic choices (e.g., product launch timing, marketing strategies, hiring decisions).
  • Challenge Cards: Obstacles that test resilience and problem-solving (e.g., cash flow crunch, technological disruptions, competition).
  • Resource Tokens: Indicate money, time, and human capital resources.
  • Progress Markers: Used to track company growth, reputation, and market share.
  • Outcome Envelopes: Contain the results of decisions, only to be opened at specific times.

Gameplay Mechanics:

  • Setup Phase: Players choose their Role Card and start with a set amount of Resource Tokens.
  • Turn Sequence:
    • Market Research: Draw Market Scenario Cards to understand the current market conditions.
    • Strategic Planning: Use Decision Cards to outline your business approach for the turn.
    • Execution: Implement your strategies, facing potential challenges along the way.
    • Resource Management: Allocate your Resource Tokens to various business aspects.
    • Outcome Assessment: Open Outcome Envelopes to see the results of your decisions.
  • Winning Condition: After a set number of turns or reaching an end-game scenario, the player with the most successful and sustainable business, as measured by a combination of profit, company valuation, and impact, wins.
